Prepare your taste buds for a sizzling showdown at this years 3rd Annual Heider Center Chili Cook Off! Whether you are a connoisseur of heat or just love a good bowl of chili, this event promises to be a feast for all senses. Join us from 3-6pm on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at Horstmann Homestead & Event Barn in West Salem for a SPICY celebration with a Chili Cook-Off competition, Live Music, raffle and drawings, yard games, cash bar, and more!

This event is a major fundraising effort for the continued support of the Arts. All proceeds will go to supporting our Community Education events, Children’s Educational outreach programs, and our annual Heider Center Senior Scholarship program.

• Family Ticket – $60/family
